Comparison between Flipkart , Amazon , Snapdeal and Ajio

                            



Hello Friends , Today I will be sharing my experience and views on some E-Commerce websites in this blog post. I would also tell you that which of these online shopping websites has the best refund and replacement system and which is the site which you can follow impetuously.

Please note that I don't want to confute or discourage any of the websites mentioned here , I have been doing online shopping since last ten years and all this is based on my personal opinion and views and on also on the survey of 250 people which was conducted by me.

Reviews on Online Shopping Websites


1) Flipkart 


Offers and Discounts - Flipkart provides us with amazing discounts and offers. This is entirely an transparent website , which means every thing is crystal clear to its customers. 
Customer Care service - Indeed flipkart has one of the best customer care centre and it's one of the best Customer centered Company. Rather it be a product of worth Rs.10 or be it an expensive product of worth rupees lac or two , flipkart always deals with the enquiries of their customers in a decent way.
Refund and Replacement - Flipkart has a huge variety of products but sometimes customer may encounter a defective product but I have found that flipkart has the best refund and replacement system. People out their will resolve all your issues and they make sure that their customers hard earned money dosen't get wasted.
My Personal View - Me and many of my friends have tried flipkart several times and we have found that its one of the best online shopping website which maintains nice relation with its customers. That's why I have placed it's name on the top of the list.

2) Amazon

●Offers and discounts - Amazon and flipkart have tough competition if we consider both of these sites in terms of latest Offers , sales and discounts.Sometimes Flipkart seems to have an edge over Amazon while sometimes it's Amazon which seems to be at a little more par. However , In a more generalized way it can be said that both of these online shopping sites provides ample of discounts to their customers and also give a gigantic variety of products.
Customer Care Service - Amazon has a decent customer care centre and friendly executives , However , Amazon seems to be a typical profit making company. It's a hardcore money minded company which sometimes doesn't really care of the sentiments and emotions of its customers.
Refunds and replacements - Amazon initiates quick refunds and replacements after they get convinced that their customer really got a defective product.However I have found that Amazon would not get in touch of their customers and would simply do a refund or a replacement without really considering their customers stand , it seems as if a rich company is merely making some donations.
●My Personal Review -  I will say that Amazon isn't a bad option if you want to make some online purchases but there are some loop holes because of which Amazon dosen't seems to give a home like store feeling to its customers. I also have some proofs to support my statement.

3)Snapdeal 

●Offers and discounts - When compared with differnet E -Commerce websites , it doesn't compete well in terms of offers and discounts. Here , you would discover several different prices for the very same product which completely confuses buyers As a result of which buyers couldn't figure out the genuine product.Moerover , it dosent provides nice discounts and promotional offers.
●Customer Care Service -  This section of snapdeal is really substandard. Most of the times executives couldn't help out their customers and just lodge a complain which never gets resolved. 
●Refunds and replacements - Once I made an order of two bedsheets at snapdeal but was shocked to discover that it had only one. I contacted their Customer care centre several times but in vain. At last , after making long calls with their executives and sending lots of mails I got the refund for the same. Not only me , some of friends too had such an experience with snapdeal.
●My Personal View - I think that this online shopping platform has some potential to come out with flying colours but it's not getting maintained properly. So , for me it's an "Ok -Ok" online shopping website.

4)Ajio

●Offers and discounts :  When I made an order to Ajio for the very first time I was really glad to see that it had end number of promotional codes but my elation got dropped within few moments. Promotional Codes which are provided by Ajio are really very confusing , As a result of which buyers get frustrated and ends up deleting Ajio app. At first , Customer needs to find right product for themselves , while proceeding for the payments he would find that half of the products in his carts aren't eleigilbe for the promo codes. Then he would find the products on which the promo code can be applied and after that he would again go to the payment tab but this time too he would see that the previously added products have some different promo codes and the promo codes which he has applied now are not applicable on those products. It's really very confusing and frustrating. Many times I have requested them to make their user interface more simpler.
●Customer Care Service - Ajio has a poor customer support centre. Most of the times their executives decieves the customers by saying that their servers are not working or would simply say that they don't have enough information. I really had a very bad experience with Ajio.
●Refunds and replacements -  Apart from not having a proper and decent customer care centre , Ajio dosent provides quick refunds and replacements. Sometimes , they send defected or used products or a different product. When it comes to initiate refunds for the faulty products , Ajio distress and frustrates it's customers. They don't maintain a proper record of the of the products returned , it's the customer only who has to maintain all the detailed records. By chance , if you recieve a wrong or defective product from Ajio then pull on your socks to make long discussions with their executives and keep all details of your orders yourself only. Refunds can take as along as two or three months and it's not assured too that you would get the complete amount.
●My Personal View - I have already written a lot of Ajio , So I don't believe that I need to write something more in this section of my post. In a nutshell I would like to conclude that upon considering my past experience , I won't recommend Ajio.

I would like to conclude that Flipkart is one of the best website which you can trust blindly.
