Let's begin :

Step 1: At first ,In order to delete Adsense account, you need to login to the adsense account with your Gmail id which youused to apply for Google Adsense Account. 

Step 2 : Secondly , Go to settings section in the Adsense Account which is present in the left pane. There you will see two options , which are Personal Settings and Account Information. You need to click on Account information and on the right side of the panel, you will see an option to cancel Account. 

Step 3: Now you just need to click on  "cancel account." It is to remind you that when you confirm cancellation of your adsense account, Adsense will display a message to remind you that after deleting your  Google Adsense account, you will not receive your pending earnings.

Therefore ,  I would advise you to please withdraw your earnings before deleting your adsense account because once you delete your Google Adsense account  then you won't be paid any pending earnings.

Step 4:   In this step, A  checkbox would appear, "I understand that I will not be paid any outstanding earning because I do not meet the final payment requirement."

Step 5: Give your reason that why you want to delete your google adsense account. 

Step 6: After that click on  Terms & Condition checkbox and click the continue button. After this, you will receive an email  on your Gmail account regarding the "Adsense Account Cancellation Request", You need to click the link given in the mail within 24 hours.

Step 7: When you click the link for account cancellation, you will get another email on your verified Gmail from Google that your google Adsense account has been successfully deleted.

My Personal Opinion Over it!

I will suggest you to never make an adsense account if you are using a blogger or a non custom domain because once you get approved for adsense then sometimes you may have to continue with the email id given to the blogger or other such provider.

Here , your blog would get Disapproved for having two accounts and then you would be forced to find details and delete the adsense account which you made earlier.
