How I cured my Eye floaters Naturally(Without Surgery)


POST UPDATE:  I have heard about many researches that states that Bromelain+Quercetin helps in reducing eye floaters , four of my viewers and two of my friends started taking this and trust me they saw a lot of improvement after a span of 1.5 months , Its really good and you surely try this supplement, i myself have got a little relief from bromelain itself but Bromelain+Quercetin enhances its effect a lot. They took one capsule daily 



Eye floaters are one of the most irritating and troublesome thing that many myopes may encounter in their lives. 

First of all , Whenever we see floaters for the first time or suddenly floaters increases then one should immediately visit a opthalmologist and a retina specialist because it can be a sign of serious condition.

Mainly most of the floaters are because of vitreous degeneration which's quite commons in all the myopes, even though it's harmless but it can be really irritating and the worst part is that there isn't a proper treatment to get rid of this condition.

I too have around 8-10 floaters in each of my eyes and I have tried almost all the techniques that's over internet and finally now all my floaters have become so faint that I'm hardly able to notice them , I only see them when I watch a light surface continously and carefully. So , I will sharing some new ways to solve your issue of eye floaters.

In this short blog post I'll be sharing two important methods which will provide you some relief from your eye floaters.Supplements along with the way i took them to help with my floaters is given at the end of the post.

1) Vitamins and Minerals


Vitamins and minerals are an essential part of our diet but most of us neglect their importance and so was in my case. Taking less of amount of minerals and vitamins is one of the causes of eye floaters , So at first start fix up your diet , include it with variety of fruits and vegetables. 

At first I also used to think that vitamins and Minerals can't help you with eye floaters but I was wrong , However I started  Becosule(Multivitamin) tablet and Vitamin C (500mg) tablet. 

I took Multivitamin for around 15-20 days while I continued vitamin C.  Overall I observed an improvement of about 30-40% in my eye floaters , some became fainter while the small ones were gone.If you don't want to include these supplements then you can increase intake of fruits especially citrus fruits.I observed this improvement after 25 days.


2)Breathing exercises(Pranayama)

There's no known medicine for eye floaters but yes one can get rid of these squiggly dots and lines by enhancing the self healing capacity of our body. I did simple Pranayama which comprised of Anulom vilom and deep breathing (10 min ) each along with the two supplement mentioned above. 

I did these exercises for around 2 months and I after a month I also stopped taking vitamin C tablet and just continued with these two exercises for a month. However later stopped them due to my hectic schedule but in these 2 months I got around 50% relieve in my eye floaters. Even though somesof them  were still their but now these floaters weren't big and dark as earlier.

I will suggest you to kindly try these two ways first because I think it will surely remove 80-85% of your floaters because apart of floaters I also have lattice degeneration and small retinal holes which increases the impact of floaters.

Helpful Supplements

1) At first Becosule for 15 days and Vitamin C for 35 days.


2) These Two things helped me and i got a little improvement from my eye floaters , However still it was a issue for me , Then I gave bromelain + Quercetin a try. You can also eat Pineapple instead of Broemlain but i took the supplement only because i was already eating carrots , Papayas and betroots.


3) Floaters weren't a big problem for me now but still  I wanted complete cure( Took Homeopathic medicines because i also had lattice degeneration thats why I was still having floaters but after my lattice reduced , I continued Bromelain and All of my floaters got extremely faint and many disappeared)

If Bromelain doesn't work for you then you can also try this supplement , one of my friend took only this and has very good results( He continued for 3 months). After improving my floaters I took this for 2 months because its also good for eye , retina and macular degeneration.



Note: I’m not a doctor or a dietician , all these supplements are suggested on my personal experience. 


4)While taking these supplements , increase your water intake also. It also helps in removing those toxins which cause eye floaters.

Its my personal suggestion to start with becosule and vitamin C and if you don’t get desired results then you should switch to bromelain( Stop taking becosule after 15 days and take vitamin C for at least st 35-40 days along with breathing exercises (20 min minimum) and increase intake of water , carrots and papayas). 

If you don't get desired results then start taking Billberry with lutein instead of bromelain.
